Thanks a lot for sharing these takeaways! I wonder that you've mentioned the Digital Signage, but there was no mentioning of the Clienteling solution. Don't they have some technology for a more personalised in-store service and messaging? I thought all luxury brands are already using some app in 2025 for such needs.

You are welcome Alina. On this store visit, I didn't come across a clientelling solution so I cannot answer that. However, you are right that more and more retailers are working more personalised touch points and solutions into their store offerings. There was a fantastic instagram corner in the store where shoppers could engage with a screen via QR code. Overall it's such a beautiful store to visit and beautifully curated and laid out for easy navigation.
